Chris's name appears numerous times in the Colby-Sawyer baseball record book. A pitcher's nightmare with a bat in his hand, Chris is the all-time Chargers' leader with 34 home runs, second with 154 hits, and second with 145 runs batted in. On the mound, he turned into a tough opponent for hitters by racking up 13 career wins and 105 strikeouts, both good enough to rank him third all-time. Chris was the 1997 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Year and the 1999 CCC Player of the Year. He was also selected to the All-CCC First Team in 1998 and 1999, as he helped lead the Chargers to the CCC Championship in both seasons.
