Cailin Bullett is one of the best point guards in women’s basketball program history. She is the only player with at least 1000 points, 500 rebounds and 500 assists. Cailin is the all-time leader in career assists with 583 and holds the top two single-season assist totals with 197 and 177. She ranked in the top-6 in the nation in assists per game in her final three seasons. Cailin had the ability to find her teammates anywhere on the floor, but was also a threat to score. She shot 43% from the floor and is ranked sixth in career points with 1257. She ranks second in career free throws with 335 and has the third and fourth most made in a season with 118 and 111.

The two-time team captain, was named to three all-conference teams, including a nod to the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) First Team in her final season in which she helped the Chargers to their first NAC title.

In addition to her on-court accolades, Cailin excelled in the classroom. She earned distinction with the Wesson Honors Program, Sawyer Fellowship Award, Wynne Jesser McGrew Senior Scholar-Athlete Award, and the Squires Award for Academic Excellence. She also collected three conference all-academic honors.

Her successful career in the gym and the classroom culminated by being named the 2012-13 NAC Woman of the Year award; the first Colby-Sawyer student-athlete to be honored.
