2024: Rogers saw action in 19 games for the Chargers making 13 starts as a two-way player. Zach was best known for his work on the mound starting 10 games in his senior season going 3-5 in 45.1 innings with 30 strikeouts and a ERA of 8.74. At the plate Rogers went 2-for-12 with two home runs, three runs scored and a pair of RBIs. Zach got his first win of the season on March 19th against Emerson College tossing seven innings with four strikeouts allowing just three runs. His second win came on April 7th at Dean going four shutout innings with a pair of punch outs. Rogers picked up his final win of the season on April 25th going 7.2 innings with four strikeouts and four runs earned against Mitchell. Zach hit his first collegiate home run on March 15th against St. Joseph's (Long Island). Rogers added a long ball on April 27th against Rivier. Zach sits 6th in program history in strikeouts (107). 

2023: Rogers was the ace of the Chargers in 2023 as Zach continued to make appearances in the field and on the mound. Rogers ended the year on the mound with a 3-3 record making eight starts and three other relief outings. Zach tossed 50.2 innings of work for Colby-Sawyer allowing 33 runs (25 earned) on 51 hits with 38 strikeouts and 17 walks for a ERA of 4.44. At the plate Rogers finished the year slashing .133/.245/.244 (AVG/OBP/SLG) with six RBI, five runs scored, three doubles and two stolen bags. Zach's best performance on the mound took place on March 16th against the University of Maine - Farmington throwing a complete game shutout with two punch outs. Rogers picked up another win on the mound on April 16th against Albertus Magnus College tossing seven innings with four strikeouts while only allowing three runs. At the plate Rogers had his best game on March 13th against MCLA going 2-for-4 with two RBI, a double and a run scored. Zach was later given the Chargie for Male Most Improved Student-Athlete of the Year. 

2022: Rogers continued to play as a two-way player making 22 starts overall and 24 appearances in 2022. On the bump Zach made eight starts and two other bullpen appearances ending the year with a 1-7 overall record. Rogers pitched his best game of the season on March 19 against Greenville tossing seven innings only allowing one run on eight hits, while tying his career-high with six punch outs. At the plate Rogers had 36 at bats with a .222/.378/.306 (AVG/OBP/SLG) slash line to go along with four RBIs, four runs scored, a double and a triple. Zach's best game at the plate came on April 27 against Northern Vermont University - Lyndon going 2-for-4 with a pair of RBIs, a run scored and a double.

2021: Rogers made two bullpen appearances, while also starting one game in the field for the Chargers in the shortened 2021 season. Rogers dealt two shutout innings only allowing a pair of hits and a walk. At the plate Rogers went 1-for-2 with a double and run scored.

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Mashpee High School where Rogers was a member of the South Shore League Champions in 2017 & 2018. Rogers also won the team sportsmanship award in 2019.
