2026: Watson capped off his career with another strong two-way season for the Chargers, starting 34 games and batting .313 with 42 hits, 32 runs scored, 23 RBIs, five doubles, two home runs, 13 walks and two stolen bases. Dylan recorded a season-high three hits on April 18th at New England College, going 3-for-5 with three runs scored. Watson had one of his best games of the season on March 16th against WestConn, going 3-for-5 with a home run, four RBIs and three runs scored. He also homered on April 1st at Gordon as part of a 3-for-4 performance. On the mound, Watson made eight appearances and finished 2-4 with a 4.33 ERA across 27.0 innings, allowing 27 hits and 13 earned runs while striking out 15. Dylan delivered his best pitching performance on April 18th at New England College, throwing seven shutout innings while allowing four hits and striking out four. He also tossed seven innings against Lasell on April 6th, allowing no earned runs with four strikeouts to earn the win. In the field, Watson recorded 46 putouts and five assists with a .981 fielding percentage. Following the season, Dylan was named to the D3Baseball.com All-Region Third Team. Watson finished his career ranked second in program history in hits and walks, fourth in runs scored, sixth in stolen bases and seventh in doubles. On the mound, he finished tied for eighth in career wins, seventh in lowest ERA and first in lowest opponent batting average.
2025: Watson continued to be a key two-way player for the Chargers, appearing in and starting 36 of the team's 40 games. Dylan batted .273 with 38 hits, 22 runs scored, 22 RBIs, six doubles, two triples, two home runs, 19 walks and 10 stolen bases. Watson had a big day on March 21st against Apprentice School, going 3-for-4 with two doubles and three RBIs. He added another strong performance on April 19th against Albertus Magnus, going 3-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored before hitting a three-run home run in the second game of the doubleheader. Watson delivered another three-hit performance against Norwich on April 21st, hitting a home run and driving in a season-high four runs. In the field, Dylan recorded 50 putouts and three assists with a .964 fielding percentage.
2024: Watson became a star after having one of the best seasons in program history in 2024 starting 39 games. Dylan at the plate ended the year slashing .387/.471/.447 (AVG/OBP/SLG) with 38 runs scored, 23 RBIs, 14 stolen bases, and nine doubles. On the mound he made nine appearances with eight starts going 7-1 with a save on 50.0 innings pitched with 25 strikeouts and an ERA of 2.70. In the field Watson had a .990 fielding percentage with 81 putouts and 15 assists. Dylan ended the year being named to the ABCA All-Region Third Team while also making the D3Baseball.com All-Region First Team and joining teammate Cooper O'Brien as the first ever named to the first team. Watson made the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Second Team All-Conference for his play in centerfield and Third Team All-Conference for his work on the mound. Watson ranked 2nd in the GNAC in wins (7) and in ERA (2.70), while ranking 5th in hits (58) and 4th in batting average (.387). Dylan's best start of the season came on April 13th at Norwich going eight innings allowing just one earned run with six punch outs. At the plate Watson went 4-for-4 on March 15th against St. Joseph's (Long Island) with three runs scored, a double and a run. He added a career day on April 27th going 5-for-5 with four RBIs, three runs and a double. Watson had 18 multi-hit games in 2024 with a 12 game hitting-streak. In program history Watson ranks 2nd in batting average (.372), 1st in on base percentage (.458), 4th in lowest ERA (3.49), 5th in fielding percentage (.988) and 1st in lowest opponent batting average (.226).
2023: Watson was a impact player for the Chargers in his first year making 33 starts, while also making four starts on the mound. Dylan finished the year slashing .356/.438/.462 (AVG/OBP/SLG) with 25 runs scored, 12 stolen bags, 11 RBI, nine doubles and a triple. In the field Watson was perfect with 65 putouts and seven assists. On the mound Dylan ended the year 1-1 with a 5.49 ERA. Watson tossed 19.2 innings allowing 15 runs (12 earned) on 21 hits with 24 strikeouts and 10 walks. Dylan had a big day on March 12th against the University of Maine - Presque Isle going 4-for-4 with three runs scored, two doubles, two RBI and a pair of stolen bases. Watson had a career-day on April 12th against Norwich University going 4-for-4 with four runs scored, two RBI and a double. Dylan's top outing on the mound for the Chargers was on March 17th at Knox College going four innings and getting eight strikeouts while only allowing one hit. Watson picked up his first collegiate win on April 27th against Lesley University going an inning of work allowing a run.

Graduate of Triton Regional High School where Watson was a four-year varsity member. Dylan was a captain his senior year as well as the team MVP. Watson was also a 1st Team Cape Ann League All-Star and a Newburyport Daily News Baseball All-Star.
