2024: Mullen had one of the best seasons in program history in 2024 for the Chargers shifting to the closer role. Jack ended the year making 21 appearances going 2-0 with seven saves. Mullen finished with a 1.10 ERA with 42 strikeouts over 32.2 innings and only allowing four runs all season. Jack was named a D3baseball.com Fourth Team All-American being the first Charger to ever be named an All-American. Mullen was also named to the D3baseball.com All-Region Second Team. He was also later named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) First Team All-Conference and was awarded the Chargie for Male Most Improved Athlete of the Year. Mullen's first collegiate save came on March 12th against FDU - Florham going three innings of work striking out five and not allowing a hit. Jack picked up his first win of the season on March 27th at Gordon College tossing two innings of work with three punch outs. Mullen did not allow a single run after March 15th until May 3rd where he was named to the D3 Baseball Team of the Week twice. Jack secured the program record for most saves in a single-season and all-time with seven in 2024. He currently sits in program history 4th in strikeouts (125), and 1st in strikeouts per nine innings (10.42).

2023: Mullen made seven starts for the Chargers in 2023 making two other relief appearances. Jack ended the year with a 2-3 record with 33 innings pitched and a 9.27 ERA. Mullen ended the year with 38 runs allowed (34 earned) on 42 hits with 35 strikeouts and 27 walks. Jack's first win of the season came on March 12th against the University of Maine - Presque Isle going six innings allowing four earned runs and striking out nine batters. Mullen notched a career-best 10 strikeouts on April 10th against Rivier University. Mullen added his second win on April 21st at Anna Maria College tossing another six innings allowing two earned runs while punching out four AMCATS. Mullen currently sits as the all time program record holder in strikeouts per nine innings at 9.94. 

2022: Mullen was the top starter for the Chargers in his first season in New London, starting nine games and making three more bullpen outings. Jack ended the year 4-4 in 42.1 innings pitched, while striking out a team high 48 batters with a 5.95 ERA. Mullen ranked ninth in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in strikeouts (48) and seventh in the GNAC in wins (4). Mullen's best outing of the season was on April 23rd against Rivier University throwing six innings allowing two runs on two hits with a career-high nine strikeouts. Mullen was also recognized this year as a GNAC Rookie of the Week.
