2024: Staffier became a huge contributor for the Chargers in his first season making 24 starts behind the plate. Noah ended the year with a .313/.411/.375 (AVG/OBP/SLG) slash line with 17 runs scored, 14 RBIs, eight stolen bags and five doubles. Defensively Staffier held a fielding percentage of .983 with 155 putouts, 18 assists and eight runners caught stealing. Noah had a big debut going 2-for-2 with a RBI and a run scored in a Chargers win. He added a 2-for-3 day on April 16th against Johnson & Wales with two RBIs, a double and a run scored in a huge win. Staffier went 2-for-4 on May 3rd against Anna Maria with a run and a RBI. Noah currently sits 10th in program history in highest fielding percentage (.983). 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Beverly High School, where Staffier was a NEC All-Star, Salem News All-Star and Salem News Silver Slugger. Noah was also a North Eastern Conference Champion and a team captain in his senior year.
