NEW LONDON, N.H. – Colby-Sawyer College Director of Athletics
Mitch Capelle announced Monday a change of leadership for the College's men's soccer program.
After five seasons, Charles Metz will not return to pilot the Chargers in 2021.
"Colby-Sawyer would like to thank Charles for his service to our men's soccer team," said Capelle. "We are grateful for his dedication to the student-athletes and his efforts over the past five seasons."
Metz went 34-32-6 in four seasons with the Chargers, 12-8-2 in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play. Prior to Colby-Sawyer's move to the GNAC, Metz posted a 14-3-1 record in the North Atlantic Conference over two seasons, leading the team to a runner-up finish in 2017.
A national search will begin immediately.
