Biography

As a junior: Monahan played and started in 38 of the team's 39 games. He ranked second on the team with 15 RBI and was fourth in hits (30), stolen bases (9) and runs scored (16). He had a four-hit, three-rbi day against Becker on March 11. Monahan was named All-NAC Second Team. 

As a sophomore: Vinny started nine times in 16 appearances in 2012. He was fifth on the team with 15 assists.

As a freshman: Vinny appeared in eight games in his first season with the Chargers. He scored two runs and was successful on his only stolen base attempt.

At Foxboro: Vinny was a member of the baseball and soccer teams at Foxboro. He earned a trip to the All-Star game as a senior, as well as, being named Most Improved Player.

Personal: Son of Peter and Donna. Has a sister named Jamie. Vinny is majoing in Multidisciplinary Studies.
