Despite missing time, Devoid was fifth on the team with 23 hits. He had a 3-4 effort with three runs and an RBI in a win over Gallaudet on March 16.
As a sophomore: Devoid hit .259 while playing a solid first base. He appeared in 32 games and started in 30. Devoid was tied for sixth on the team in runs scored with six. He added five RBI.
As a freshman: Devoid started in 16 of his 21 appearances. He had a respectable on base percentage of .304 and did not commit an error in 113 chances at first base.
At Hartford: Devoid earned three letters in baseball for the Hurricanes and played in the North/South All-Star game. He also earned three letters in soccer and two in basketball.
