New London, NH – The Colby-Sawyer baseball team will take on Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts on Sunday for a doubleheader. 

The Chargers opened their season last weekend against Middlebury College, where Middlebury won both matches of the doubleheader. The Chargers will start GNAC conference play on March 22. 

The Buccaneers last played last Sunday against Albright College, where Albright won both matches of the doubleheader. The Buccaneers will start MASCAC conference play on March 24. 

The Chargers: 

• Sean Roeger (Salem, NH) – Roeger batted .333 in last week's doubleheader. 

• Dylan Watson (Byfield, MA) – Watson earned a spot on GNAC weekly honor roll last week. Watson batted .333 while recording a double. 

• Mike McLeer (Saco, ME) – McLeer hit a double in Game 2 last weekend. 

The Buccaneers: 

• Nate Kaczynski – Kaczynski has four hits on the year and is batting .571. 

• Michael Logiudice – Loguidice is batting .333 on the year. 

• Colsen Loughren – Loughren is batting .333 on the year. 

The Historical Matchup: 

This will be the 11th all-time meeting between the two teams. 

Looking Ahead: 

After the doubleheader, the Chargers will play Wentworth on Tuesday.
