New London, NH – The Colby-Sawyer baseball team will take on Dean in Franklin, Massachusetts on Sunday to open GNAC conference play. 

The Chargers came back from their spring trip in Myrtle Beach where the Chargers were 3-5. Sean Roeger (Salem, NH) currently leads the Chargers in hits with 21 and is batting .429 on the season. Pitcher Micah McMannus (Beverly, MA) had an ERA of 0.00 after 11.0 innings of pitching. Senior Mike McLeer (Saco, ME) has hit two home runs on the season so far. 

The Bulldogs played a doubleheader against Lasell on Friday, where the Bulldogs won both games. Kyler Lorenz is batting .444 for the Bulldogs and Colin Favata is batting .429. Nick Swain has pitched 12.0 innings for the Bulldogs and has an ERA of 0.75. 

The Historical Matchup: 

The Chargers won a 9-8 nailbiter against the Bulldogs last year. The Chargers are 3-3 against the Bulldogs all-time. 

Looking Ahead: 

After Sunday's doubleheader, the Chargers will play a doubleheader at Mitchell College on Saturday.
