NEW LONDON, N.H.
– The Chargers women's tennis celebrated senior day on Saturday defeating the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) by a 9-0 final.

- The Chargers swept the doubles sessions as junior Grace Carpenter (Milford, N.H.) and junior Elise Hogan (Duxbury, Mass.) picked up a 8-4 win in number one doubles. First year Maria Espinosa Lopez (Merida, Mexico) and sophomore Callie Valeri (New London, N.H.) won number two doubles by a 8-0 final, while senior Mary Thoms (Northwood, N.H.) and junior Mei Genest (Keene, N.H.) picked up a 8-3 number three doubles win.
- In singles action senior Taylor Bentley (New Milford, Conn.) picked up a 6-1, 6-0 win in number six singles to ge the 4th point. Thoms and Espinosa Lopez each added a 6-0, 6-0 win in number three and four singles, while Carpenter, Hogan and Genest each added wins.
