2023-24: Hogan played a pivotal role for the Chargers in 2023-24 moving up the number two singles spot. Elise ended the year with a 5-6 singles record and a 7-7 doubles record. Hogan was named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference Singles team after going 2-1 in conference singles action. 

2022-23: Hogan shined for the Chargers in 2022-23 going 10-7 in singles play with a 6-0 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) singles record. Elise added a 9-7 doubles record with a 4-0 GNAC doubles record. Hogan was named GNAC Tournament MVP after picking up four points in the GNAC Tournament including the clinching singles point in #5 singles on October 22nd against Regis College. Elise was later named as a GNAC Second Team All-Conference singles selection and a GNAC Second Team All-Conference doubles member with Alyssa Owens. 

2021-22: Hogan made a decision in 18 singles contests and 21 doubles matches for the Chargers in 2021-22, normally slotting into the number four singles and number two doubles spots. Elise ended the year with a 13-5 singles record including a perfect 9-0 singles record in the number four flight. On the doubles side Hogan finished the year 16-5 with a perfect 4-0 record in the GNAC. Elise was a part of two points for the Chargers in the GNAC Championship on October 23rd, winning number four singles by a 6-2, 6-0 margin and winning number two doubles with Lindsay Macdonald by a 8-1 final. Hogan was later named to the All-GNAC Second Team Singles, All-GNAC Second Team Doubles with Lindsay Macdonald and GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Duxbury High School, where Hogan was a Patriot League Champion and two-time Patriot League All-Star.
