NEW LONDON, N.H. - On Tuesday, the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District volleyball teams were announced featuring two Chargers. 

The College Sports Communicators Academic All-America® and Academic All-District® Teams program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. To be considered for inclusion on the Academic All-District® and Academic All-America® Women's Volleyball Team, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average, and must have competed in at least 90 percent of the institution's contests or started in at least 66 percent of those contests.

The Chargers selected for this honor were junior Audra Fontes (Fresno, Calif.) and junior Ally Majenski (Marshfield, Mass.). 

Fontes saw action in 27 matches for Colby-Sawyer from the libero position. Audra ended the year with 401 digs, 47 assists and 42 service aces. 

Majenski played in every match for the Chargers in 2023 ending the year with a team-high 241 kills. Ally added 90 digs and nine aces.
