Connor MacPhail enters year two as head coach of the Colby-Sawyer College women's volleyball program, bringing a competitive edge and a focus on conference success to the Chargers.

During the 2025 season, MacPhail guided the Chargers through a demanding 27-match schedule, finishing with an 11-16 overall record. MacPahil's first collegiate head coaching win would come on September 2nd, 2025 against Fitchburg St. Under his leadership, the team excelled in conference play, capturing a winning 7-6 record (.538 PCT) in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) and securing a spot in the GNAC Tournament.

MacPhail proved his ability to prepare his squad for hostile environments, coaching the team to a balanced 6-6 record on the road. The season featured several dominant stretches, including a three-match win streak in late September and an impressive run of four consecutive victories in October, highlighted by road wins against Norwich and Mitchell.

Eric Leclerc joins MacPhail's staff for his first year as Assistant Coach with a wealth of volleyball expertise and over three decades of competitive experience in the New England region.

Leclerc’s collegiate coaching resume includes dual roles at Fitchburg State University, where he served as the Head Coach for the Men's Club Volleyball program (2025–2026) and as the Assistant Coach for the Women's Volleyball team during the Fall 2025 season.

At the club level, Leclerc has been a driving force at Deep Volleyball Club in Nashua, New Hampshire, since 2018, serving as the Head Coach for the highly competitive Girls "Open" Level teams. A passionate advocate for grassroots sports development, Leclerc also served as the Director of Dracut Recreational Volleyball from 2016 to 2020 and spent nearly a decade coaching girls' youth recreational softball (2010–2019).
