NASHUA, N.H. - March 25, 2010 - The Colby-Sawyer baseball team ran its win streak to three games today after a 20-5 victory over Rivier. The game was played at Daniel Webster where the Chargers picked up a win on Wednesday. Colby-Sawyer improves to 6-5 on the season.
Carter Malpass earned his second victory of the season by pitching six strong innings. He gave up just three hits and surrendered one unearned run.
Leading the Chargers offensively was
Shane Hoagboon who had four hits including a triple and two RBI.
Tyler Stotz reached base in all four plate appearances and contributed a double and an RBI.
Justin Martin and
Ryan Farris added two hits and two RBI apiece.
Senior
Chris Hartery added to his school record total of triples with one on Thursday, in addition to a single and an RBI.
