Biography

As a freshman: Maher saw action in all of the Chargers' games as a backup point guard. He averaged 10 minutes per game and scored a season-high eight points against Thomas on January 11. 

At Pembroke: Maher was a First Team All-State selection for the Spartan basketball team. He earned four varsity letters and was a member of a state championship team. 

Personal: Son of Tom and Janine. Has a brother named Tom. Rene is a Business Administration major.
