As a senior: Parker, the team captain, collected three top-8 finishes in her final season. Parker was the second Charger to cross the finish line at the NAC Championship to help the team secure its third straight conference title. She placed seventh in a time of 22:09.7 to earn All-NAC First Team honors. She also was named to the All-NAC Sportsmanship Team. Earlier in the season, Parker finished third out of 167 to help Colby-Sawyer finish third out of 18 teams at the Emmanuel Saints Invitational. She placed eighth at the Keene State Invitational where the team was runner-up. Parker ended the season by leading the team to its best finish at an NCAA Regional by placing 25th out of 59 institutions. She set a new 6k record and placed 78th out of 406 runners. She crossed the finish with a record time of 23:03.92.
As a junior: Parker was a co-captain in 2015. She raced just two times as she battled injury throughout the season. She was the third Charger to finish and placed seventh to help the team win the Pilgrim Invitational hosted by New England College.
As a sophomore: Parker completed her second season with four top-10 finishes. She began with a sixth place at New England College and followed with a third place finish as the Chargers won the Castleton Invitational. Parker was instrumental in helping Colby-Sawyer to win its first NAC Championship. She crossed the finish line in 21:10 to place sixth and earned All-NAC First Team accolades. Parker bested her own school record in the 5k on October 11 at Westfield State. She finished in 42nd place out 424 competitors in a program best time of 19:39.90. She added a 10th place at Western New England.
As a freshman: Kylee had one of the best first seasons in program history. She set new school records in the 5k and 6k. On September 21 at Southern Maine, Parker crossed the finish in 19:41.91 beating the previous record by nearly 16 seconds. In the season's final race at NCAA Regional's, Parker bested the 6k record by 24 seconds, after clocking in at 23:43.35. Parker finished fourth at the NAC Championships to earn All-NAC First Team honors and earned a pair of NAC Rookie of the Week awards throughout the season.
At Hampden: Kylee earned varsity letters in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track. She is a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of Mary Lynn Hersey, Greg Parker, Rob Hersey (step dad), Laura Parker (step mom). Has brothers named Luke, Brad and Andrew and a sister named Bryanna who joined the cross country team in 2016. Kylee, who also is a member of the Colby-Sawyer track team, is a Child Development major.
