Summary

Biography

As a senior: Abbott came away with her best finish of the season in the most important race of 2016. She placed 40th in 25:54 as Colby-Sawyer claimed its third straight NAC Championship. Earlier in the season, Abbott placed 46th at the Keene State Invitational where the Chargers finished second out of seven teams. 

As a junior: Elizabeth raced six times in her third season. Her top finish was a 19th place showing at the Pilgrim Invitational hosted by New England College, which the Chargers won. She also had a solid finish at the NAC Championship hosted by Husson. Abbott placed 40th as the team won its second straight NAC crown. 

As a sophomore: Elizabeth turned in her best performance of the season when the Chargers won the Castleton Invitational on September 7. She placed 36th. 

As a freshman: Elizabeth competed in seven races in her first season with the Chargers. Her highest finish came at the Thomas Terrier Invitational on September 14. She placed 23rd in a time of 24:52. 

At Pembroke: Elizabeth was a member of the cross country and track programs. 

Personal: Daughter of Steven and Lisa. Has a brother named Steven and a sister named Britney. Elizabeth is a Nursing major.
