NEW LONDON, N.H. – September 1, 2018 – The Colby-Sawyer women's rugby team hosted Molloy in the first ever varsity game for the Chargers.

Colby-Sawyer was awarded the win by a 28-0 margin as the game was deemed a forfeit. Molloy did not have enough players to play the regulation 15v15 contest, so the two teams played a 12v12 exhibition. The game featured four 20-minute quarters instead of two 40-minute halves.
