KEENE, N.H. - October 1, 2016 - After a week off from competition, the Colby-Sawyer men's cross country team returned to the course in grand fashion with a runner-up finish at Saturday's Keene State Invitational.

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS
The Chargers scored 58 points, just eight behind first place Fitchburg State, to finish second out of eight teams.
Colby-Sawyer had six runners finish in the top 23 led by
Brandon Legendre and
Scott Shaw. The duo finished seventh and eighth, respectively, with identical times of 26:23.6.
Peter Bakker continued his impressive first season by finishing in 11th at 27:06.9.
Benjamin Jones was close behind Bakker in 15th place with a time of 27:28.
Liam Fleming was the fifth Charger to score. He crossed the finish line in 27:39.9 to place 17th.
