2022: Baros started 18 out of 19 games in 2022 for the Chargers. Jadon ended the year with five goals and four assists, on 28 shots on net in 1,565 minutes of action. Baros registered a career-high in assists against Northern Vermont University - Lyndon on October 4, 2022 when he dished out a pair of helpers in a Charger win. Baros' best goal of the season came on October 22nd at Lasell University, where Jadon netted a screamer in the 85th minute. Baros was later named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference Third Team.

2021: Baros became a star in his first year in New London starting 13 games in 2021. Jadon ended the year with one goal and team-leading four assists on 12 shots on goal in 971 minutes. Baros registered his first collegiate assist on September 1st at Clark University. Baros added his first collegiate goal on September 5th versus Wentworth. Jadon added assists on September 18th, 22nd and October 16th. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Cheyenne Mountain High School and was a Pikes Peak Athletic Conference First Team selection.
