Summary

Biography

As a senior: Lapham was named Colby-Sawyer's 2020 Outstanding Senior Female Athlete. Lapham earned a nod to the All-GNAC Second Team for the second year in a row. She led the Chargers' backline with three defensive saves for the second consecutive season. She ends her collegiate career as the program's all-time leader with eight defensive saves. Lapham was fourth in the GNAC in defensive saves. The co-captain also scored a pair of goals during the season, including a game-winner in overtime to lift the Chargers to a 1-0 win over GNAC foe Anna Maria. Lapham played all but 24 of the team's 1042 minutes in 2019. Lapham earned her third nod to the NFHCA National Academic Squad. She also was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team for the second year in a row. 

As a junior: Lapham was named to the All-GNAC Second Team. She led the Chargers' backline with three defensive saves. She ranked third among GNAC players in all games in that category and was first in GNAC contests with two. After three seasons, Lapham is tied for first with five career defensive saves. Her stout defending also helped the Chargers record three shutouts in 2018. Lapham was also named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad and the GNAC All-Academic Team. 

As a sophomore: Lapham was one of the Chargers' starting defenders once again in 2017. She started in 16 of the team's 17 games and helped the backline record five shutouts. She collected one of the team's three defensive saves of 2017 in the season opener against Keene State. Lapham added her first collegiate goal in a 2-0 win over Wheelock on September 20. 

As a freshman: Lapham started in all 16 of her appearances in her first season. She recorded an assist in an important 2-1 victory over Thomas to help secure a spot in the NAC Tournament. Lapham was an integral part in the team's three shutouts and a single season record 11 wins for the program. She added a defensive save at Simmons on October 4. Lapham also earned a spot on the NAC All-Tournament Team. She was named to the 2017 Zag Field Hockey/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Squad.

At Medway: Lapham lettered in field hockey and lacrosse for the Mustangs. She was a Tri-Valley League Field Hockey All-Star in 2015. Lapham also was a four-time Tri-Valley League Lacrosse All-Star.
