As a senior: Team did not compete (Covid-19)
As a junior: Ladd went 7-8 in goal for the Chargers. She pushed her career win total to 29 to increase her standing as the program's all-time leader. Ladd picked up a 1-0 overtime shutout against Anna Maria to give her seven for her career. She finished the season with 77 saves and 31 goals against. Ladd earned her second nod to the NFHCA National Academic Squad and GNAC All-Academic Team.
As a sophomore: Ladd was twice named GNAC Goalkeeper of the Week and also earned a nod to the Synapse Sports Weekly Honor Roll. In the postseason victory over Anna Maria, Ladd became the program’s all-time leader in wins with 22. She was named to the GNAC All-Tournament Team. After two seasons, Ladd ranks second in career saves, save percentage, goals against average and shutouts. Ladd was named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad and GNAC All-Academic Team.
As a freshman: Ladd logged all of the team's 1203 minutes as the goalie. She posted the best goals against average (1.51) among NAC goalies and ranked 42nd in the nation in that category. She also led the conference with a Colby-Sawyer single-season record five shutouts. Ladd earned a pair of NAC Rookie of the Week awards during the season.
At Colchester: Ladd played varsity field hockey for the Lakers. She was twice named All-Metro, twice named to the Burlington Free Press first team and once to the second team. Ladd is a member of the National Honor Society.
