As a senior: DeSanty led the team and the North Atlantic Conference in scoring, averaging 16.9 points in all games and 19.3 points in NAC contests. She exits Colby-Sawyer as the all-time leader in points (1743), three-pointers (219) and field goals (649).

As a junior: Taylor earned the Charger Award as the 2011-12 Outstanding Female Athlete at Colby-Sawyer. Taylor made 89 of 99 (89.9%) to lead all Division III women basketball players in the nation. She is the first women's basketball player to lead the nation in any category and has an impressive career mark of 88%, making 184 of 209. Taylor's other seasonal accolades included, NAC Player of the Year, NAC 1st Team, NH D III Player of the Year (second straight year), NH D III 1st team (second straight year), ECAC D III All New England 2nd Team, and d3hoops.com All Region 3rd Team. She also earned numerous weekly awards this season, which included multiple NAC Player of the Week awards, an ECAC Player of the Week, a NEWBA Player of the Week, and appeared on the NEWBA Honor Roll several times. Taylor set multiple single season records in 2011-12, including points (611), scoring average (20.4), field goals (224), and three-pointers (74), she had a record setting game at Maine-Farmington when she scored a school record 38 points. Taylor also has climbed up the ranks on some of Colby-Sawyer's career totals lists. She ranks fourth in career points (1296), first in career three-pointers (162), and is tied for fifth in career field goals (475).
As a sophomore: Taylor started in all of the Chargers' 25 games and led the team with 15.6 points per game. She shot 89.4% from the free thrown line and led the conference by making 92.5% of her attempts. In two seasons, Taylor has already moved into the top 10 in career three-pointers made. Taylor was named All-TCCC First Team and was named Player of the Year by the Division III NH Basketball Coaches Association.
As a freshman: Taylor poured in 11.3 points per game, which was second best on the team. She scored in double-figures in 13 out of her 26 appearances. Taylor also added 3.4 rebounds per game, including grabbing seven boards twice in 2009-2010. She was named NEWBA Rookie of the Week once and also was the TCCC Player and Rookie of the Week.
At Drury: Taylor was a two-sport star at Drury High School. She was a member on the soccer and basketball teams that won Southern Division championships. DeSanty is the all-time leader in scoring at Drury holding the highest total in either girls or boys basketball. She was team captain of the basketball and soccer team in her junior season.
Personal: Daughter of Steve and Lynn DeSanty. Taylor has two brothers, Cole and Brennan and one sister Taryn. Cousin of former Colby-Sawyer women’s basketball great Erika DeSanty. Taylor is a Psychology major.
