As a senior: Cailin leaves the Colby-Sawyer women's basketball record book with her name splashed in many places. She is the only player in program history to have more than 1,000 points (1257), 500 rebounds (522), and 500 assists (583). She leaves the program ranked first all-time in assists, as well as, the single season record holder. She also ranks second all time in free throws, sixth in points, and ninth in three pointers.

As a junior: Bullett was named to the NH Division III Basketball Coaches Association All-State Second Team for the second straight season. She also was named to the NAC Second Team after starting in all 30 of the team's games. She compiled a Colby-Sawyer single season record of 197 assists and ranks fourth on the all-time list with 406. On February 4 at Thomas, Bullett tied a Colby-Sawyer single game record with 13 assists. Bullett ended the season ranked third in the nation, among Division III players, with 6.6 assists per game. In addition to her gaudy assist totals, Bullett was second on the team with 15.4 points per game and third in rebounds with 5.3 per contest. In conference play only, Bullett was the leader in assists with 138, was fourth in assist to turnover ratio (2.0), and was sixth in steals with 39. She also ranked third in free throws with 70 and was third in field goal percentage (47%). Bullett also ends her junior season ranked eighth in career free throws made with 224 and is ninth in three-pointers made with 93. Cailin also was named to the NAC All-Academic team.
As a sophomore: Bullett, who started and played in all 25 games at the point, was the third Charger to average double-figure points per game with 10.4. She led the TCCC in assists per game with 6.5 and was fourth in the country with 6.4 assists per game for the season. She had two games with 12 assists, which was one shy of a tying a school record, and totaled 154 through the regular season.
Bullett was named All-TCCC Third team and Division III NH Basketball Coaches Association Second Team.
As a freshman: Cailin appeared in all 26 games and got the starting nod 21 times. She was third on the team with 7.3 points per game and second on the team in steals (27) and assists (49). She began her collegiate career with a season-high 19 points in the teams’ first game of the season at Lesley (11/16/09). Cailin also pulled down a career best seven rebounds three times.
At Millbury: Cailin was a 1000 point scorer at Millbury and holds school records for points and assists. She was a four-time Southern Worcester County League all-star. The Millbury Woolies were league and district champions in Cailin’s sophomore year. In her junior and senior seasons, the team reached the state finals. She was an honor roll student and was academically ranked in the top 15% of her class.
