WOEMN'S LACROSSE LOOKS TO STAY UNBEATEN AGAINST REGIS

New London, NH – The Chargers travel to Weston, Massachusetts for a 5pm matchup with the Regis Pride on Thursday. This will be the third GNAC game of the season for the Chargers. 

The Chargers are off to a 6-0 start to the season. The Chargers won 19-1 against Elms on Saturday. Lauren Vignola (Ringwood, NJ) scored four goals in the game. Vignola is also second in the conference for goals (26). Elena Bronson's (Monkton, VT) three assists on Saturday, added to the senior's assist total on the season so far (12). Bronson sits at third in the GNAC for assists. Luci Walden (Bellingham, MA) leads the Chargers in caused turnovers with 11. 

The Pride are coming off a 20-1 win against Mitchell College on Tuesday. Serenity Ayala scored five goals for the Pride on Tuesday. Maddie Sainato recorded four ground balls in the game against Mitchell. Audrey Mason leads the scoring for the Pride with 10 goals on the season. 

The Historical Matchup: 

The Chargers won the match 10-8 between the two teams last year. This will be the 10th all-time meeting between the two teams. 

Looking Ahead: 

After this match, the Chargers return to Sally Shaw Veitch Field for a match with Dean on Saturday.
