NEW LONDON, N.H. - The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association has named the 2025 Senior game All-Stars across all NCAA divisions. The Chargers will be represented at this annual event by former captain and all-time leader in assists,
Heather Hanson.
Hanson has had one of the best lacrosse careers through the history of the program with the Chargers. Just her Senior year alone, she tied her career high in goals, where she scored 51 and dished out 18 assists. She almost set a career high in draw controls as well while on her way to breaking multiple career records. Throughout her time as a Charger, she assisted on 92 goals setting a new program record. She also broke the program record for most career points as she finished with 292, with the help of finishing tied for second in career goals with 200. Hanson also made her ground ball record untouchable as she was the first person in program history to secure 300.Â
The Senior All-Star game is split into three different games with Division I, II and III all getting a time slot. The players selected into each game have been split into two teams, blue and white. For the Division III game, Hanson will be on the blue team. Division III will be the middle game with a scheduled start time of 12:30PM on May 31st, 2025 at Tierney Field at USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, MD.Â
