NEW LONDON, NH - The Colby-Sawyer track & field program is happy to announce the hiring of Benjamin Pable and Julia Reglewski as throws coaches after a successful tenure during their time at Dartmouth, where they are both record holders and all time leaders.

Benjamin Pable joins the Chargers as a throws coach after a great career at Dartmouth College where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Mathematics modified with Computer Science as part of the class of 2025. He is a current participant of the Dartmouth track and field program where he has competed since 2021. During that time he helped successfully coach a personal event squad over the course of a 3 month period. He was also an athletic and academic resource for his teammates. As a captain he was a leader to over 100 different student athletes where he ensured a positive team culture and growth mindset. Pable is the current record holder at Dartmouth in the hammer throw (67.52m) and is 4th all-time in weight throw. 

Julia Reglewski also joins the Chargers as a throws coach after her career at Dartmouth College where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Biology and minor in German as part of the class of 2025. Reglewski is a current participant of the Dartmouth track and field program where she has competed since 2022. During that time she was a captain of the team where she demonstrated leadership by collectively motivating teammates to work towards a common goal. She also led and organized team meetings, practices, and extracurricular activities. Reglewski is the current record hoder at Dartmouth in the Discus, and is 4th all-time in shot put for outdoor track, and 2nd for indoor shot.
