Brooke Farquhar where she was named to the first team after an impressive start to her very young Chargers career.
Farquhar started her career strong for the Chargers has she set multiple records throughout her first season. She led the team in goals with 16 and assists with 14, while finishing the season with 46 points. Farquhar with those stats became the new single season points leader and single season assists record on her way to being named Rookie of the Year for the GNAC. She helped power the Chargers to a 12-7 record while picking up the 4th seed in the conference for the playoffs.Â
Farquhar is one of a bunch that bring a bright future to the field hockey program as she already has an impressive resume, preparing for the sophomore season.
