HENNIKER, N.H. - The Chargers men's soccer team dropped a contest to the New England College Pilgrims on Sunday afternoon by a 3-0 final.

- Colby-Sawyer had the first attempt at a goal as senior Callum Buchanan found the foot of sophomore Gabriel Jacobs (Franconia, N.H.) who placed it just high in the 6th minute. New England College countered in the 18th minute as Logan Cassin laced his first goal of the season on the fifth assist by Wyatt Flibbert. At the tail-end of the first half the Chargers had another chance as sophomore Jonathan Platti (Granby, Conn.) took another shot, but it was stopped by the Pilgrim keeper Ricardo Aguilera.
- The Chargers tried to get on the board early in the second half as Buchanan and senior Kevin Mollison (Gorham, Maine) each took shots off target. NEC capitalized in the 54th minute as Joaquin Sanchez-Korn finished home a score assisted by Tucker Stenger. Buchanan tried to get the offense going following the second score, but both of his shots were turned away. A 63rd minute strike by Noel Huliselan put the Chargers hopes to rest in the 3-0 final.

- Sophomore Ryan Witty (Wilton, Conn.) earns the loss with an eight save performance in the net for Colby-Sawyer.
- The Chargers were out shot by the Pilgrims by a 35-13 total with a 11-5 on target differential.
