Chargers Race Past Bulldogs 3-0

NEW LONDON, N.H. - The Chargers picked up their third-straight victory over Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) opponent Dean College in straight-sets.<br />  <br /> <u>The Basics:</u><br />  <br /> Score:  <strong>Colby-Sawyer 3, </strong>Dean College 0 (25-11 | 25-17 | 25-14)<br /> Records: <strong>Colby-Sawyer (8-10, 2-2 GNAC), </strong>Dean College (3-12, 1-5 GNAC)<br /> Location: New London, NH <br />  <br /> <u>Rapid Recap: </u>  <ul> <li>Junior Olivia Werner (Williston, VT.) sparked a big 25-11 first set victory with a five of her team-leading 13 kills on the night. </li> <li>Junior Mia Harmon (Concord, N.H.) came off the bench in the second set and immediately contributed instant offense with a pair of kills to help notch a two set lead over the Bulldogs.</li> <li>Colby-Sawyer finished off the visitors as Werner and first year Makaila Blinne (Palm Bay, FL.) each added three kills apiece to lead the home team to victory</li> </ul> <u>Coaches Corner: </u> <br /> "Tonight, we had the opportunity to support one another while playing some really fun volleyball.
