2021: Allen continued to run the Colby-Sawyer offense as a senior captain and setter playing all 29 matches with 28 starts. Anna saw the floor in all 105 sets and ended the year with 706 assists, 241 digs, 41 service aces, 38 kills and 14 total blocks. Allen started the year strong with a career-high six service aces on September 3rd to go along with 35 assists, eight digs and five kills in a 3-1 Charger win against Elms College. Allen posted a season-high 20 digs on September 3rd with 38 assists, four kills and three service aces in a 3-2 victory versus SUNY Cobleskill. Anna had a season-best 42 assists on September 10th to go along with 10 digs, a service aces, a block and a kill in a 3-2 win against Husson University. Allen ended her career at Colby-Sawyer fifth in program history in assists (2,411), fourth in Charger history assists per set (7.25). 

2020: The team did not compete due to COVID-19. 

2019: Allen ran the Colby-Sawyer offense as the setter and posted 931 assists to rank fourth among all GNAC players for the second year in a row and 78th in the nation. She tallied a career-high 49 assists to help the Chargers earn a 3-2 win over Westfield State on Oct. 19. The 931 assists tied her for 10th on the single-season assists list. She also climbed into 7th in career assists with 1705 and ranks 4th in assists per set with 7.61. Allen was second on the team with 339 digs. She collected 17 double-doubles of assists and digs. Allen had a career-high 25 digs against Southern Maine on Oct. 30. Allen was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2018: Allen shined in her first season as the starting setter for the Chargers. She compiled 774 assists, which was fourth most among players from the GNAC. She posted a season best 48 assists on two occasions. Allen collected 10 double-doubles with assists and digs and ranked third on the team with 226 digs. She was fifth on the team with 30 aces and 19 blocks. One of Allen's best games came in a 3-1 win over Lasell when she had 32 assists, 14 digs, and seven kills on .583 hitting. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of El Segundo High School. Allen was a three-time MVP of the volleyball team. She also was a team captain and made the All-League Second Team. Allen was also a member of the swimming and water polo teams.
