NEW LONDON, N.H. – The Colby-Sawyer women's volleyball team stumbled on Friday evening, falling to the visiting Gulls of Endicott College in a non-conference match 3-0.

- In the first set, the Chargers managed to keep the Gulls at arm's length until a six-point run gave Endicott a 17-7 lead. After that, the Chargers showed great effort but dropped the first set 25-18.
- The closest set of the night came in the second, with both teams taking turns earning points. Tied at 22, an attack error by the Chargers and a kill by Endicott allowed the visitors to take a 24-22 lead. Another attacking error, this time by the Gulls, set the score 24-23 and the Gulls closed out the set with a kill to take a 2-0 lead.
- The Gulls built an early 7-2 lead in the third, which they kept for the remainder of the night. The Chargers were overpowered and lost the third set 25-9, dropping the match 3-0.
Notes & Notables:
- Junior Olivia Werner (Williston, VT.) recorded a team-high seven kills.
- Senior Captain Anna Allen (Los Angeles, CA) assisted 15 total kills on the night.
