Box Score HANOVER, N.H. - March 18, 2018 - The Colby-Sawyer men's tennis team returned from their spring break trip to Florida to host Colby College at the Boss Tennis Center on the campus of Dartmouth College on Sunday. Colby came out with the 7-2 victory.
The Mules improved to 3-1, while Colby-Sawyer dropped to 1-5.
Gustav Jigrup and
Nick Mathieu outlasted Luis Gonzalez Mompalic and Jeremy Mendoza at the top doubles flight 9-8 (7-3) to give the Chargers a point heading into singles action.
Alex Wright was the lone Charger to post a singles point by winning his match at the third flight. After dropping the first set to Kompalic 6-0, Wright rebounded by winning the second set in a tie break 7-3 and clinched the match with a 6-3 win in the third set.
