Box Score NEW LONDON, N.H. – October 26, 2013 – The Colby-Sawyer women's soccer team ran the table in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) regular season after posting a 3-0 victory over Husson in a regular season finale Saturday afternoon.

The Chargers donned pink uniforms and pink socks in support of the Play for Pink movement supporting Breast Cancer Awareness. The seniors on Colby-Sawyer also were honored prior to the match.
The Chargers locked up the top seed in next week's NAC tournament with a perfect 9-0 record. Colby-Sawyer also set a program record for most wins in a season with 16. The previous record of 15 was set last season. Husson drops to 7-10-1 overall and sit in fifth place in the NAC at 4-4-1.
Junior
Sarah Little (Scarborough, Maine) put the home team in front in the 18th minute off a feed from senior teammate
Adrienne Bender (Wakefield, R.I.). Bender made a perfect feed across the goal mouth that Little fired into the top of the net for her eighth tally of the season.
Three minutes before the half was over, Little was involved in the Chargers' second goal. She sent a cross towards the far post of the goal where freshman
Kelsey Campbell (Upton, Mass.) headed the ball past the keeper for her second goal of the season.
Twelve minutes into the second frame, the Chargers added an insurance goal. Senior
Stephanie Huntley (Woodbury, Conn.) ripped a shot towards the goal, but her bid was turned away by the Husson keeper. Although the goalie came up with a save, she deflected the ball to an oncoming
Lauren Bernard (Manchester, N.H.) who scored into an opening on the other side of the net. The goal was Bernard's fourth of the season.

Karley Hamilton (Bradford, Vt.) saved the only shot she faced en route to her school record 13th clean sheet of the season. Husson's Jess Poulin (Albion, Maine) stopped seven shots in the loss.
The Chargers held a 25-6 edge in shots (10-1 on goal) and a 7-1 advantage in corner kicks.
