Biography

As a senior: Team did not compete (Covid-19)

As a junior: Matcheski saw action in 14 matches in 2019. She posted career highs in kills and digs in the team's 3-0 win over UMPI on Sept. 14. Matcheski earned her second straight nod to the GNAC All-Academic Team. 

As a sophomore: Matcheski played in nine matches in her second season. She recorded a pair of aces in the team's victory over Fitchburg State. Matcheski was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team. 

As a freshman: Matcheski appeared in 21 matches in 2017. She collected 16 aces and 13 digs. In a win against Johnson on Oct. 14, Matcheski recorded 10 aces, which was the most in a game for the Chargers this season. 

At Winnisquam: Matcheski played varsity volleyball for the Bears. She was named to the Senior All-State team. She also has many years of gymnastics experience with multiple state championships and regional qualifications. Matcheski is a member of the National Honor Society.
