Biography

AT COLBY-SAWYER
2022: Young made appearances in 26 matches in her senior year with 138 digs, 46 service aces and five kills. Kaytlin had a career game on September 8th against Wentworth Institute of Technology with seven service aces, a kill and 13 digs. 

2021: Young saw the floor in 24 matches with three starts in 2021. Kaytlin ended the year with 117 digs, 23 kills, 20 service aces and six assists in 75 sets played. Young started the season with a career-high six ace performance to go along with a kill and nine digs in a 3-1 Charger win against Elms College on September 3rd. Young had another career-game on September 3rd with a career-best 14 digs and tying a career-high three kills in a 3-2 Charger victory against SUNY Cobleskill.

2020: The team did not compete due to COVID-19. 

2019: Young appeared in 16 matches in her first season with the Chargers. She picked up six digs in two matches and posted three aces in a win over Anna Maria on October 26th. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Goffstown High School where Young was a member of the Granite State Games. Young also is a member of the National Honor Society and Latin Society.
