2022:
Plagata continued to shine for the Chargers in 2022 starting all 24 matches and leading the Chargers in most statistical categories. Orlando saw action in 80 sets, ending the year with 216 kills, 157 digs, 23 service aces, 14 assists and three blocks. Plagata ended the year ranked 12th in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) and first on the team in kills (216), 12th in the GNAC and first on the team in digs (156) and first on the team in service aces (23). Plagata had his first big match of the season on January 30th versus Nichols College, ending the day with 14 kills, nine digs, a block and a service ace. Plagata had a season-high 15 kills on February 26th versus Wentworth to go with five digs. Plagata would later match that season-high on April 2nd against Lasell University with 15 kills, 10 digs and two assists. Plagata also won the Chargie for the Champion of Character Award. 

2021: The team did not compete due to COVID-19. 

2020: Plagata earned a GNAC Player of the Week and two GNAC Defensive Player of the Week awards in the shortened 2020 season. He led the Chargers with 212 digs (3.66 d/s) and was second with 127 kills (2.19 k/s). He posted a season best 19 kills on Jan. 23 against Eastern Nazarene. Plagata registered four double-doubles and had double-digit digs in 12 out of the 17 matches, highlighted by a 24-dig effort in a win over Dean on Feb. 26. He also contributed the third most aces with 22 and chipped in with 48 assists. Plagata was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team for his efforts in the classroom. 

2019: Plagata led the Chargers with 232 kills, 32 aces and 210 digs. He ranked 28th in the nation with 2.66 digs per set, 35th in attacks per set (8.14), and 45th with .405 aces per set. Plagata recorded 10 double-doubles on the season. He had an impressive 28 kills to lead the Chargers to a 3-2 victory over Newbury and collected a season best 25 digs to help the team to a 3-1 victory over Southern Vermont. He was twice named GNAC Rookie of the Week and once was Defensive Player of the Week.

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Torrance High School, where Plagata was a 2018 South Bay All-Star. Plagata was also a two-time All-League member making the Second Team in 2017 and the First Team in 2018.
