Head Coach - David Starin

David Starin was named the new head coach of the men's and women's volleyball programs in April of 2022.Â
Starin came to New London following a recent stint with Bedford High School, where he amassed a 41-3 record in his three-year tenure with the program. Starin also has extensive experience at the club level, serving as a head coach for Hard Rock Volleyball since 2014, where he has helped capture 27 NERVA / New England Region tournaments.Â

Starin also has prior experience at the collegiate level, having previously served as an assistant coach at SUNY Plattsburgh in 2013-14 and Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2012-2013. He also previously served as head coach of the Londonderry High School boys and girls teams where he was named as the 2009 coach of the year.

An active member of the New Hampshire Volleyball Coaches Association, Starin received his bachelor's degree in marketing management in 2006 from Siena College and his master's degree in finance at Southern New Hampshire University in 2012.Â

Assistant Coach - Eric RamageÂ

Eric Ramage enters his first season with the volleyball programs in 2023 after being hired in February.Â
Ramage has been Head Coach for Girls Volleyball at Mascoma Valley Regional High School, where works as a School Counselor. The student athletes have embraced his positive approach and developmental philosophy, "the joyful pursuit of excellence", transforming their culture and lifting their competitive level and sportsmanship recognitions. He has obtained several NFHS and AOC certifications.
He met Coach Starin through the Granite State Games and is delighted to work with him here at CSC.
Having played and begun to study the game in college, Coach Ramage is enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with student athletes at the college level. Eric also works as a minister for Hope Bible Fellowship in West Lebanon, N.H.
