Services Available:
Staff Coverage: A Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) will be on site at all contests, while contest is being conducted. If pre-contest services are required, it is requested that our staff is notified 24 hours in advance of the contest and all necessary supplies are provided. All treatment unless otherwise arranged with the covering ATC is to take place in the Stock Sports Medicine Clinic.

Officials: For liability reasons, it is the policy of the Colby-Sawyer Sports Medicine staff to not provide pre-competition services such as assessment, treatment, modalities or prophylactic bracing. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Athletic Training Room: Located in the Stock Sports Medicine Clinic on the first floor of the Hogan Sports Center.
Treatments: Ice packs, ice cups, and ice baths are available upon request. Modalities such as hydrocollator packs, whirlpool treatments, ultrasounds and electric stimulation may be utilized by the Certified Athletic Trainer traveling with the team.
 It is required that teams that are not traveling with a certified athletic trainer possess a written prescription from a physician or a note from their ATC to be presented to the Colby-Sawyer staff in order to receive the administration of modalities, treatment or prophylactic bracing. The Colby-Sawyer Athletic Training staff will not provide treatment without appropriate documentation.
Equipment: Each contest will have ice, a standard athletic training kit, knee immobilizers and crutches as the standard set-up of supplies.
- Emergency response equipment is also present at all contests.
- Immediate care supplies may be loaned to visiting injured athletes when necessary.
Water: Water will be provided for all events.Â
 EMS: In the event of an emergency the host certified athletic trainer will handle the initiation of Emergency Medical Services in accordance to Colby-Sawyer Emergency Action Plan.
