Biography

AT COLBY-SAWYER
2021: Broening made appearances in eight games including start three games for the Chargers. Andrew ended the year with four shots in 247 minutes of game action. Broening played a season-high 90 minutes in a 5-0 victory at Rivier University on September 22nd. 

2020: The team did not compete due to COVID-19. 

2019: Broening was named a team co-captain and started in 16 matches in 2019. He notched one assist for the third season in a row. 

2018: Broening played in 16 matches and earned six starts. He picked up an assist in the team's 5-1 win over Suffolk. 

2017: Broening appeared 13 times and started twice in his first season. He picked up his first collegiate point with an assist on the game-winning goal in the Chargers' 4-3 NAC semifinal win over Maine Maritime. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Mount Olive High School. Broening earned varsity letters in soccer and golf for the Marauders.
