Colby-Sawyer Athletics

As a senior: Legendre collected four top-7 finishes in his final season. His best finish came at the NAC Championship where he placed fifth in a time of 27:12.6 to lift Colby-Sawyer to claim the program's first conference title. He was named to the All-NAC First Team to complete his career as a four-time All-NAC honoree, landing on two first teams and two second teams. Legendre finished sixth at the Emmanuel Saints Invitational to lead the team to a third place out of 23. In the season opening race, he finished seventh to guide the Chargers to a win over 10 other teams at the Roger Williams Invitational. He also placed seventh at the Keene State Invitational where Colby-Sawyer was the runner-up. He also led the team with an 89th place finish at the NCAA Regional hosted by Westfield. The Chargers placed 17th out of 56 with 568 points to set program records in each category and were the top NAC finisher out of eight teams competing. Legendre was a three-time NAC Runner of the Week. 

As a junior: Legendre battled injury early in the season forcing him to miss a couple of races. He had his best race of the year which helped Colby-Sawyer to earn second place at the NAC Championship. Legendre placed 11th and was the second Charger to cross the finish line clocking in at 28:26.68. For his efforts, he earned his second All-NAC Second Team honor. 

As a sophomore: Brandon led the Chargers at the NAC Championships with a second place finish in a time of 26:04. He earned All-NAC First Team accolades for placing in the top-seven. Legendre came away with three top-four finishes during the season. At the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships, Legendre placed 14th in an 8k race that featured 303 runners. He was named All-ECAC for his efforts. The ECAC honors the top 15 individual finishers with All-ECAC honors.

As a freshman: Brandon was named to the All-NAC Second Team after placing ninth at the NAC championships hosted by Thomas College. Earlier in the season at Thomas, Brandon had his highest finish of the season with an 8th place in a time of 18:12.62. 

At St. Johnsbury: Brandon played five sports for the Hilltoppers and earned eight letters. He set two records and won a pair of state championships. Brandon also was named a cross country and track all-star.

Personal: Son of Michael and Robin. Brandon is a Psychology major and a member of the Colby-Sawyer track & field team.
