Colby-Sawyer Athletics

As a sophomore: Lexi followed up her outstanding first year with an equally impressive sophomore season. She posted a team best 556 digs and 4.41 digs per set. Lexi became the second fastest player in program history to reach 1,000 career digs. She posted a career-high 28 digs twice and was honored with the North Atlantic Conference Defensive Player of the Week award seven times. For her efforts, she was named the NAC Defensive Player of the Year for the second straight season and named to All-NAC First Team.

As a freshman: Lexi had an impressive first season with the Chargers posting a team-best 534 digs and 4.45 digs per set. She posted a career-high 25 digs on three separate occasions. For her efforts, Strong was named the NAC Defensive Player and Rookie of the Year.

At Somersworth: Lexi was a standout volleyball player for the Hilltoppers. She registered over 1000 career digs and set three school records in her final season. Lexi earned the 2013 UNH Elite Volleyball Camp Coach award. She also garnered All-State First Team and All-State Honorable Mention accolades. Lexi is a member of the National Technical Honor Society. 

Personal: Daughter of Jennifer and Kevin. Step parents Lisa and Glen. Has brothers named Jake, Luke and Ethan. Lexi is a Business Administration major.
