Summary

Biography

As a junior: Bender played in all 16 of Colby-Sawyer's games from the midfield position. She collected 10 points on six goals and four assists. Bender also added 12 ground balls and 10 draw controls. She was named North Atlantic Conference All-Academic. 

As a sophomore: Bender was the starting goalie in 16 out of 17 games in 2012. She compiled eight wins, which is tied for the third highest single season total in school history. 

As a freshman: Did not play

At South Kingstown: Adrienne played two season of lacrosse for the South Kingston Rebels. She helped the Rebels to consecutive DIII Girls Lacrosse State Tournaments in 2008 and 2009. She also graduated with honors.

Personal: Daughter of William and Elise Bender. Has one brother named Daryl and one sister named Charlotte. Adrienne is an Exercise Science major. She also is a member of the women's soccer team.
