At Coe Brown: Devin was a cross country and indoor/outdoor track athlete at Coe-Brown. She was on the state record holding 4x800 relay team. Devin was a member of record setting 4x100, 4x160, 4x200 and 4x800 relay teams. She was named Outstanding Middle Distance Runner in 2008, 2009 and 2010 for indoor/outdoor. Devin is a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Amy and Jeff Cooper and Stephen Rowe. Has brothers named Tate and Cole. Devin is a Health Promotion major.
