Summary

Biography

As a sophomore: McBey appeared in all 27 of the team’s games in his second year. He averaged 4.0 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. Zach grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds at Rivier on Nov. 11. He also had a career-high three steals at home versus New England College on Jan. 12. 

As a freshman: Zach played in all but two games in his first year with the team. He averaged 2.8 points and one rebound per game. McBey’s best game came against Anna Maria on Jan. 17 when he poured in a career-high 16 points on 7-10 shooting.
At New Hampton: McBey played four years for the Huskies leading them to a Final Four appearance in the 2004-05 season. He was an All-State Honorable Mention selection both his freshman and sophomore years.
Personal: Son of Thomas and Maxine McBey. Has a younger sister named Kristen. Majoring in Nursing.
