Biography

As a senior: Kurt anchored the Chargers' defense in 2012 and had two assists. 

As a junior: Kurt played in 18 games and had one assist in his third season. 

As a sophomore: Kurt was a staple in the Chargers lineup starting in all 20 games as a defender. He tallied one assist and played an important role in capturing eight shutouts on the season.

As a freshman: Kurt anchored the defense in his first year while starting in all of the teams' 18 contests. He recorded his first collegiate point on Oct. 8 with an assist against Brandeis.

At Bishop Stang: Kurt played right defense for the Spartans. His team were state runners-up. 

Personal: Son of Andre and Jane Carvalho. Kurt is majoring in History.
