AT COLBY-SAWYER
2023: LaPorte was a star for the Chargers in her first season, playing in 18 games, starting in six. Ryleigh had her best game at Elms College on October 25th, scoring two goals. LaPorte had another good game at Keene State College on September 6th, scoring the game-winner to lift the Chargers past the Owls 3-2 in overtime. Ryleigh was later named as a member of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Third Team All-Conference and All-Rookie Team. LaPorte was later named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III All Academic Squad maintaining a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the first semester of the 2023 academic year. Ryleigh was also named a NFHCA Division III Scholar of Distinction achieving a cumulative grade-point average of 3.9 or higher through the first semester of the 2023-24 academic year

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Otter Valley Union High School, where LaPorte was a two-time SVL 1st Team All-League selection and the Rutland Herald Field Hockey Player of the Year in 2022. Ryleigh was the team offensive player of the year in 2020-2022 as well as being named a team captain in 2022.
