NEW LONDON, N.H. – Colby-Sawyer College Women's Lacrosse Assistant Coach Courtney Lampert '18, MSES '24 has been selected to participate in the 2026-27 IWLCA Aspire Assistant Coach Development Program.
Lampert is one of just 26 coaches from across the country, and one of only 10 NCAA Division III coaches, selected for this year's program. The 2026-27 Aspire class is divided into two cohorts of 13 coaches representing NCAA Divisions I, II and III, as well as the NAIA.

Launched in 2024, the Aspire program provides current assistant coaches with an intensive professional development experience designed to enhance their knowledge, leadership skills and capabilities while supporting their continued growth within the coaching profession.

The 2026-27 cohorts will participate in a combination of virtual and in-person programming throughout the fall semester, with the program concluding in January 2027.

Lampert enters her eighth season with the Colby-Sawyer Women's Lacrosse program in 2026-27. A 2018 graduate of Colby-Sawyer, Lampert was a four-year member of the Chargers and a two-time All-Conference selection before returning to her alma mater as an assistant coach. During her time on the sidelines, Lampert has helped elevate the program to new heights, with the Chargers setting program records for wins in a season in 2024 (13) and again in 2026 (14).
